Gently pry off the horn button, you may be able to do this with your fingers. Under that you'll see three phillips screws to remove the horn ring, and under that six screws to remove the sport wheel. After that's off remove the large nut on the steering shaft and use a wheel puller to remove the hub. Oh yeah, you might want to remove the positive battery cable first, to keep the neighbors happy
