I found out that Olds started using the term "Sports Sedan" as early as 1959. See this fun little commercial where they mention it... and no, I didn't just go out and hire some advertising firm to make this commercial.

Oh! I almost forgot to mention. That car show I took the 98 to weekend before last was a surprise! There were over 100 cars there in temps around 45 degrees or so. My 98 WON for best original (1949 - 1964)! There were probably 6 or 7 other cars that could have won, but I was shocked when they called my name and handed me a trophy

Needless to say, I was thrilled!
