I should clarify this:
The thin side *and* trunk stripes were standard on the 442.
The thin hood stripes were the Y73 "GT" stripes optional on the 442 and the Cutlass S. And the wide (panel) hood stripes were part of the OAI W27 hood option (std on the W30).
