15x8
#2
I have SSII in that size with 275/60 rear and 255/60 front.
There is extensive room in back--nothing comes close.
I have a 1 3/8" anti-sway bar in front and the tire sidewall rubs on it if I go to full steering lock; it makes the inner sidewall shiny where it contacts. The only harm for my application is that the tire white letters are on the inside and are blacked-out. The rubbing tends to wear the black-out off the letters. Otherwise, no other problem on the inside. However, when you are near steering lock and go over a bump, the outside tread catches on the stainless trim around the fender lip and bends it a bit. I have the factory trim piece, which is thicker than the aftermarket trim. I can remove the trim and bend it back. If you have aftermarket trim, there may be permanent damage from this problem.
If I stay mindful in these situations, then I can avoid these problems.
