I am not sure either but I have some NOS 13 inch caps for our Jetfire. If it is the same I could at least get a good picture of it. Not sure that would help.

I wonder if buffing some of the faded paint might get you closer to the original color. My 62 Starfire was blue, the hubcaps of course had blue trim. I lost one of the caps in about 1968, the only one my dealer could find was plain stainless. I never tried to paint it.

Most Starfire's were recommended to have the hubcaps match the dash board paint. It wasn't mandatory. I think that it probably looks the best. One could have ordered a hubcap with no paint. All caps have the black ring and the red center emblem.

'62 Olds wheel covers were offered in certain factory exterior paint colors. They were available in Provincial White, Sheffield Mist, Wedgewood Mist, Willow Mist, Garnet Mist and Sahara Mist. Very early in the 1961 (for less than a month) they were available in Royal Mist. When Chariot Red became available, wheel covers could be had in that color also. The sales brochure shows then in Sunset Mist and Cameo Cream, but they weren't available in production in those colors.

Dealers were offered a brass Kent-Moore template to paint the wheel covers. Some customer wanted them in non-available colors (sales brochure again). Replacement wheel covers came without paint as noted.

There is a fellow in NJ that did make decals to replace the paint. The paint needs to be stripped, the wheel cover cleaned, and the decals peeled off and applied by hand individually. I know a few guys who have these decals, myself included. They look really nice and hold up well. Mine must be on for close to 10 years. I think they were in the neighborhood of $75.
