You Tube Wire Hubcaps resto.
FYI, a nice 4 part video on cleaning up 1966 wire wheel hubcaps. Uses 1966 Corvair 13 inch covers. Shows take apart, cleaning and reassembly. Same as 65,66,67 Olds. Thought it might help somebody. It helped me.

Maybe so but how addressable is curb rash anyhow. I thought the best part was disassembly and assembly. Sorry about that.
