1964 Wheel covers

The 1964 literature advertises "wheel discs in 6 designs" and I was trying to figure out what they were.
The equipment list shows these for 14" wheels:
P01 - Wheel discs
P02 - Wheel discs deluxe
P03 - Wheel discs custom
N94 - Wheel discs custom deluxe
N93 - Wheel discs Custom sport
N95 - Simulated wire wheels

I found some pictures of I think all 6 - correct? Which are which option codes?

With 15" wheels you seem saddled with P06 wheel trim rings. What do those look like?

I'm quite curious to find out what code / name the hubcaps are on the green car above. So as an excuse to give this thread a bump, I have to say, who would want simulated wire hubcaps?
Only my opinion of course, but I've never seen a set that didn't look cheesy.

I don't think the ones in the last pick look cheesy. I don't care much for the spinner, but the detail in the spokes is great. The cost and craftsmanship in producing those is impressive. Just count the number of separate pieces in the cover.
To each their own.

I like the wire caps. Three ear for my 66 with red lines would be nice. I like the look.
