There is a company in San Jose CA. Rallywheelman.com I believe. I have talked with him and he seems knowledgeable.

6 months ago On Ebay I bought deep 15x7 // 15x8 trim rings (after market) for my 15x7 SSIII Olds wheels, Nationwide Hub Caps Brand.
The 2"+- deep are available in True Stainless but I wanted 3" and Aluminum was the only option I could find ... sellers are not clear on the metals.
The Stainless are firmer & much nicer, more shiny finish and cost much more ...
The Aluminum ones I bought are thin and easily bent / dent when putting on with too much force (but are sold as stainless) ?
I bought these (4 for $70) and they are a Full 3" though they are sold as 2.5" (?), they are listed as Stainless BUT are possibly Stainless Finish Aluminum as far as I can tell (not sure) -- https://www.ebay.com/itm/220885398897 they actually take phone calls to discuss.
I found 1st bending the inner mounting tabs in somewhat helped mounting, and using just my palms to bang them on did not dent them - they dent easily ...
(Note the outer rim edge contour varies as well as the valve stem hole on the different brands)
btw (Amazon/ Eagle Flight Brand did not fit the rims)
here's a list of some others I looked at

As Joe says in this thread. Chevy uses the deeper trim rings on the rally wheel. The Corvette trim ring is different from the standard rally wheel used on Velles ans Camaros. But could work. Vettes attach at the outer rim circumference
Id shy away from anything offshore. Curt sounds like the best option for new. Used will be out there but difficult to find mint?

Curt do you still rehoop?
Can you post some pictures of you repro rings back and front?
Whats your general pricing structure for a standard set of 4 for a 14 or 15" SSll, SSlll
Whats your current lead time to make a set?
Can you make custom sizes say 4" deep for a rehooped 15 SSll?

Thanks Curt. They look nice. Good price as well.
Is it possible to rehoop 14" SSll to 15 or 16" or is the center too small?

I discovered several years ago, when looking for some 15 inch Olds trim rings, that early 70's Mopars used the same 15" trim ring. I don't expect anyone to pay the $3000 they are asking for these NOS rings but just wanted to show that they are the same as the Olds rings. So you may have some luck searching Mopar vendors for reproductions of these trim rings.

I found some more interesting info you might want to watch out for if searching 15x7 Mopars rings. Apparently, Mopars also had 15 x 6 1/2" wheels which take a shorter 2.75" deep ring. The 15x7 rings should be 3" deep. check out this thread if interested.
