I was hoping a VC owner can tell me if the Olds Rocket emblem on the tailgate of a 65-67 VC has offset mounting holes as shown in picture. bottom hole in center of emblem and top one offset. Keys the emblem I suppose so not installed upside down. Thanks.

With the outstanding help from "thepartsplaceinc" customer service depart, I confirmed that the VC tailgate emblem works on a '65 Olds 98 1/4 Rocket Emblem. I suspect this emblem would work on several years and models. The part is made by FUSICK, and imported or not, looks great.
