1954 Radiator leak not detectable with air pressure
Hello,
I have a problem with the Radiator (brass/cooper) on a 1954 Olds.
This Radiator is leaking under operating temperatures. When I remove the Radiator from the Car and doing a leak test, I can’t see the leaks.
I can just do the test in the cold, place the radiator in a water bath under air pressure (30 psi) and see where the bubbles come out of it. Problem is there are no bubbles and when I but that thing back in the Car, it starts leaking again (loosing antifreeze on a few different places)
Anybody got the same symptoms?
The guy from the Radiator Shop starts to lose his mind, because he can’t detect any leak in the water bath.
What we did already is, I put the Radiator back in the Car, let the Engine run for a few minutes and mark him the pin holes/leaks. Is nearly impossible for the Shop to solder this Radiator without cross checking it. As long it is not hot/warm, the Radiator is tight.
Any suggestions?

Well, unfortunately there are not many professional rad shop's in south east bavaria. It seems not even one 
but Fluorescent dye should be available here as well. Many thanks Professur!
