Quick and easy dual master cylinder conversion (1941-1948)

Dual master cylinder fits 1964 Rambler American (and some early Jeeps) (has 1" bore). It is compact and one of only a few with the ports towards the engine.
Does not require cutting the original master cylinder mounting bracket so it can be easily reversed.
I changed the brake switch from the pesky hydraulic type to a mechanical switch mounted to the floor sensing pedal movement.
