Do you know what the problem is with the engine? Has it been disassembled, if not a compression test should be done and an oil pressure test.

I do not fully understand the question asked. Are you asking what oversize parts are available or are you asking what the clearances (distances) between the bearing and the crankshaft and the distance between pistons and the cylinder wall?

Bonne Chance!!!

the problem is in FRANCE when a person owns an American car, he thinks that it has a lot of money, because here to rebuild the engine I am asked $ 15000.
the engine problem it's just a cylinder with no compression

Is it disassembled? Do you know the cause of the no compression? Rings, pistons a valve? What is the compression reading/pressure?

Often this can be repaired without a complete rebuild if the problem can be diagnosed properly.

Forum can guide you well.
