Nicely done wire nuts under the hood look silly.

i never have good luck w the crimped on ring terminals, half the time I give the wire a tug and out it comes or I can feel it's loose. To get around that I remove the plastic sleeve solder the ring terminal on and use apiece of heat shrink where the plastic sleeve was.

In most cases, you can pull the plastic insulator off of the end of the terminal. solder the joint, then slide the sleeve back over the terminal. Very clean looking terminal that won't ever come apart.

I would have soldered them but I don’t have a way to use my weller at the cars location.

i also used vice grips to squish the butt connectors.
