1946 Dealer Showroom Album

I recently stumbled upon a 1946 Olds dealer showroom album in a local antiques store. I'd love to help it find a new home, but I'm not willing to take a loss on it.

Does anyone know what these are going for? Or, more importantly, is anyone here looking for one?

I expect somewhere like Johnson or Miller would go well north of $150 on it, possibly more since the early ones like this are not common. Downside is there is little demand for these years.

As you know I love stuff like this, but not owning a 46, I always think "someone who owns one of those cars needs it worse than me who uses it strictly as reference material".

What kind of money does the shop want for it? PM me if needed.
