72 Supreme 455 with headers...can factory trans cooler lines be used?

Yes, but you have to snake them back in through the front and possibly tweek a bit.

I'm sure they can be used. The lines on my car aren't as straight as they were when the car left the factory as they have been bent for clearance, but I didn't have to replace them when the headers were installed.
