455 flex plate

455 flex plate
I was cleaning a flex plate today. 455 Blue paint overspray. There are numbers stamped around outside of the plate on the weight side. From 1 to 18 about three inches apart. Anybody know what these are for? Is this a special marking for possibly a W car? I have never seen this on any other flex plate before.
