Can someone show a pic of trans linkage on 62 starfire slim Jim please thank you

Charlie I thank you so much that showed me that my rod 4.035 has been bent ,probily non repairable will try .if someone has one I would like to buy it. Charlie is there any way you can send me the pics of the vac syst under the hood the other owner had things all messed up and I am trying to fix it all. It has been a challenge to say the least thank you Mel

Which rod is bent ?
There are two rods in the illustration marked 4.035 .
One runs from the shift lever to the bellcrank .
And the other runs from the bellcrank to the transmission lever .

I'll try to find some vacuum hose illustrations .

Trans

The one that runs from side of trans to bell tower it is parallel with trans it has adjuster nut on it

If the car has A/C this would be the one . If not , let me know.

Hey Charlie, don't the A/C and Summer ventilation vacuum lines run of the fuel pump? The fuel pump provides the vacuum correct?

Yes , It was a combination fuel and vacuum pump .

OldPAC62 with or without A/C the vacuum lines for your summer ventilation actually off of the correct fuel pump. Do you see a vacuum line off the fuel pump running towards the firewall??
