What transmission do I have in my Vista Cruiser?

What transmission do I have in my Vista Cruiser?
My 67 Vista Cruiser has a 3 speed trans with an electric switch on the throttle rod under the hood. I know a TH400 uses an electric switch but I haven't found a listing for a 67 VC with a TH400. Is it a 400 or possibly a 375?

The TH400 (RPO M40) WAS factory available in a 1967 Vista.
