Running transmission lines

I am running new stainless transmission lines to my new rad and was wondering on a 1964 Jetstar 330 jet away Trans does it matter which side of the rad the lines go to.

No, since the cooler is in the bottom tank and the temp is pretty constant from left to right in a downflow radiator.
