70 Cutlass Supreme - transmission fluid question

Hi - hope this is quick and easy. My transmission fluid dip stick points to Dexron as the required fluid, when I made my trip to the local autozone I bought this CarQuest brand but the recommended use read Dexton II, 11E and Dexron 111-G, is this appropriate fluid? Thank you!

I would use Dextron 3,4 or 6. Higher numbers are comparable down

Dex V is synthetic. Some of the newer low-friction fluids may cause problems in older transmissions. I just got NAPA DEX/MERC for my 67 TH400.

a follow up question - how many quarts of transmission fluid does it typically use?
And how may quarts of engine oil? Thanks.
