Gear Vendor's overdrive

Just wanted to know if anyone is using one on a '68-'72 442/Cutlass and if the were fitment issues? Problems? I have a very strong original TH400 in my 442 and I'd rather not replace it with a 700r4 or 2004r. While I realize both of those transmissions would provide a deeper OD, the GV overdrive will serve my needs. Gear Vendors looks like a pretty easy install too.

Nothing a big hammer can't fix.
If anything you'll probably have clearance issues with the front studs on the GV unit hitting the floor board
