TCS switch on a manual transmission

Can some some one tell me more info on this I was surprised to seeing on my Rallye 350

What is your specific question? TCS has been discussed many, many times here. The switch only operates in fourth.

what and how does it work ?? I thought the ignition advanced off of weight and vacuum only . Does it retard or ??
my connection post broke on mine when doing a clutch and have to replace it .
