66 Heater fan replacement

Hello,
How difficult is it to get to the heater fan in a '66 Toronado? Mine is howling and it doesn't look like an easy job.
Thank you.
Mikel

The chassis service manual says you must remove the right hood hinge, hood, antenna and unbolt the blower motor, then rotate it and take the fan off inside the fender then take the right exhaust pipe off the manifold and drop it to remove the blower motor.
