I have the parts but only ship to US addresses. Email to dead@mchsi.com if this is workable for you. Regards Pat

Need the Kickdown Switch Too
I too need the same part (circled in Harashco's photo) for the same year Toronado, 1966.
I don't want to poach his part but if you can't ship it to him, I'm interested.
You may email me directly.

This is the reply email I got from Bruce when I emailed him. I will put the documents up in a few also that came with it.
The first public SWitch Pitch Controller went on a 66 Toronado, you
can read about it on the attachments. Still for sale, I replaced the
mechanical vacuum switch with a solid state version and managed
to reduce the price to $150 postpaid in USA. Last sheet price is
out of date.
You will still need a kickdown switch, one from a 68 bolts right in,
or adapt a 70s type or aftermarket. If that is done, with the controller
you won't be using that unreliable mechanical switch in your car;
otherwise you will still need the kickdown part. I have a 67 trans
in my 79 Eldo.
You can also read about switch pitch transmissions on my PHOTOBUCKET
albums SWITCH PITCH TRANSMISSION and BUILD A SWITCH PITCH
TRANSMISSION.
