Paint code for a 66 cutlass...

I searched and i could find for a 67 and 64 and all other years but a 66. lol. I found a scan of the 67 ppg card will they be the same ? Does anyone have a scan of the 66 card ? thanks in advanced.

what code do you need? The cards can be found occasionally on ebay.

No they are not the same and you can find any year paint card you want here:

Unfortunately that list is a bit confusing. The aqua mist and tropic turquoise are more greenish that what my computer is showing. That just points out that you are best off to get authentic sheets (cards) with real paint chips on them.

X2. Never trust what has been pictured/scanned viewed/printed, whatever. It can easily (and appreciably) vary from the original.

On your body data trim plate, you'll see a letter as paint code. That letter is to the left side of each paint chip on the PPG chart. The number underneath it is the PPG formula number that the PPG Ditzler paint jobber would use to mix it.

What I wanna know is- why can't carmakers offer NICE colors like those now, instead of bombarding us with white and twenty-seven shades of silver/ gray? I looked for a Grand Marquis for nearly a year before I found one that was not white or silver and not 300 miles away.
