Fluid recommendations?

Fluid recommendations?
I was just wondering what fluids would be recommended in my 1970 Cutlass Supreme? I have all GMs recommended fluids but, I wanted to see if anyone had better luck or better performance with a different weight, a full synthetic, or maybe even a different brand? I'm mainly wondering about the oil and transmission fluid but, feel free to share about the other fluids also.

I use Shell Rotella T in the engine, and Napa ATF in the transmission, which I once heard is Valvoline.
Most oils are going to be just fine, especially when changed at the recommended intervals. Many people swear by a particular brand for some reason or another. I like Rotella due to the ZDDP content.

Power steering would use the older Dexron 3 transmission fluid, like the tranny.
Brakes used DOT 3 brake fluid.
I do not have brand preference, but I stay away from the cheapies.
Although there are newer varieties of these, i do not want to intermix anything. The old ones worked well, so why try to change them...
No oil discussion for me - tired of it.
You can do a search on oil types and zddp and find a mile of postings, most of which still hold true.
