Power steering pump ID number

Is this the Original factory pump for my 1977 Delta 88 Pace Car?

I didn't quickly find a reference to what these codes mean:

069AL7

As removed from 1977 D88 pace car

Close up of only discernible numbers

It's some kind of Julian code - but I don't know the syntax. This is just something that's been stamped into the reservoir housing - but I'm surprised I can't find a reference.

I found references for early Z28 and Corvette date codes (previous generation pump)- but they don't match this code format (they start c.1960s).

No One ? Has the Truth Decayed ?

I contacted Marty Preuss @ PowerSteering.com but he wasn't able to help (said he had date codes for gearboxes but not pumps).
