The "V" in "5VY" indicates that it's a 442, congratulations!

It is always much better to post a clear photo of your cowl tag. You'd be surprised what's legible and what's not.
Using the decoder referenced above, the information on the tag decodes as a 1966 Cutlass Holiday (2-door hardtop) coupe with the 442 option. Built the first week of May 1966 in Lansing. Forest Mist lower body color with black vinyl top. Black vinyl strato bucket seat. Tinted windshield. 4-speed manual transmission. Rear speaker. W-29 trim. Deluxe seatbelts.
