Remanufactured engine identification

My 1979 Holiday 88 has this tag on the engine, and as you can tell, the freeze plugs are new. I don't think the engine has many, if any miles on it. I believe the engine was put in four years ago when the car was parked, but I am not certain why it was parked apart from the woman who owned it going into a retirement home. Perhaps because the keys where lost, I dunno. I noticed it after changing the front passengers side wheel and tire after the valve stem came off... Two flat tires, a barely attached steering wheel, some transmission fluid and questionable brakes later, it's in the shed.

Here is the tag:

Probably a dead end, but has anyone seen this engine tag before?
