65 F-85 Newbie with a newbie engine question

Recently purchased a 65 F-85 4 door with a V6 motor.

Does anyone know any details about that motor such as:

typical issues/ weaknesses or strengths
HP/ torque rating

1965 Oldsmobile V6 Spark Plug AC 44S Gap Point gap .030 Dwell angle
1/2 turn back after turning in until misfires. Firing order drivers bank 1,3,5
Other bank 2,4,6. rotatio0n of dist. counter clockwise number one is to the right of the front screw 1,8,7,3,6,5,4,2.
5% before top dead center mark on plate above balance pully.

225 cubic inches 155 HP. came stock with a single barrel carb. Used by jeeps into the 70's. Lots of speed parts were available and you can still find them on e-bay and Craigs list. I ran them for years with 4 barrel, alu. manifolds, and headers. Used Buick V8 Pistions bored 60 over. Develpoed around 270 to 290 HP. In the 1/8 mile sand drags could beat most chevy 283 to 3227 V8's What a gas

This is an early version of the Buick V6 that was produced from 1961 through just this past year. For a while in the late 1960s and early 1970s, Buick sold the motor to AMC, where it was used in Jeeps, but GM bought the rights back after the first oil crisis in 1973. The even fire crank was introduced in 1975 to smooth out the engine's rough firing pulses. Later evolutions include the turbo Buick used in the Grand National and the supercharged 3800 motor used in FWD full size GM cars.

Not much in a four year old thread about a Buick V6...

Now if you have a specific question, start a new thread and we'll respond. Not to be a hard-@$$, but your question is pretty open-ended and likely won't get a useful response.
