Mechanical fuel pump alternator relocation

Hi guys can anyone get some detailed photos of the way the alternator is mounted with a mechanical fuel pump? I currently have my fuel pump directly below my alternator on the passenger side and can't shake the feeling that that is a fire waiting to happen.

Do I need a different bracket?

First, ALL Oldsmobile V8 engines (except Auroras and the EFI 350 in the Seville) used a mechanical fuel pump. The passenger side mount was used on all non-A/C applications. Unless you have the optional "flame thrower" alternator and the optional "leaks like a sieve" fuel pump, this is a non-issue. There were many millions of cars built with this configuration.

Just to clarify, you do have the steel line running from the pump to the carb, right? Not a rubber hose?

I have the steel line from the pump up past the alternator and then rubber from there to the carb. It's also rubber from the tank to the pump. I have plans switching that over the winter.
