Will harmonic balancer come loose if I take the crankshaft pulley off?

Will harmonic balancer come loose if I take the crankshaft pulley off?
Need to take my crank pulley off, should I worry about messing with the harmonic balancer and/or the crankshaft itself if I take the nut and pulley off? '68 350 olds

The crank pulley is held on by four bolts, I think it takes a 7/16" socket that fits them. You can remove the pulley without messing with the big bolt that holds the balancer to the crankshaft. If you have gunk built up from the years you might not be able to see these, but clean the area around the big bolt and you should see them. John
