Oldsmobile DX block

I am thinking about building a DX block for street use. the block was free and I have a 425 crank and rods. is there any reason not to use this as a build.

Can't use the rods and you'll have about $900-1000.00 or so in the crank to make it fit but go for it. A popular build.
