At what temp is "cold smoke" a bad sign?

I have an '86 Cutlass Supreme and I know that cars cold smoke because of the condensation in the winter but it usually stops when the car warms up. My car smokes mostly out of my right tail pipe (I have dual exhaust with no cross-over) and not as much in the left. The left one usually quits first while the right one is still going plus I live in Mississippi so it doesn't get too cold.
