Rear main seal

Rear main seal
Hey guys my brother just bought a 69 Cutlass. It runs great, so we are just going to pull the motor and refresh it.
The body and interior needs alot of work. He just ordered all new interior from Legendary. Hes never built a car
but hes ready to learn.
My question here is which Ford rear main seal does a 350 Olds motor use.
My 67 442 has the Ford 460 seal but i dont think its the same for the 350. And we will be switching from a 2 barrel to 4. Which Edelbrock
intake is best for a mild 350? Performer or Performer RPM?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Steve

I have used 292 Ford seal in my 350, worked well. I have also used the AMC 252 6 cyl seal with the "Ears" cut off. It is a tighter fitting seal. Supposedly the AMC 360 seal is the same except no ears. I did the front seat and headliner on my 70S. I learned a few valuable lessons doing it. I used PUI, their online catalog is confusing but the quality was decent. Legendary is supposed to be the best.
