I am planning on getting a Comp Cam's XE cam and lifters, and their roller rocker kit. My 4A heads were rebuilt 15 years ago with only 1000 miles, 200 miles 15 years ago 800 miles with the last year (car ran fine). Do I need to replace my valve springs or will they be okay with the new cam and roller rockers?

Cam specs? There are more than one Comp XE's. Current spring specs?

I think the XE256H. The springs I'm not sure, a machine shop did them, so I imagine whatever is stock.
