3.8 supercharged swap to 95 Cutlass

I have a chance to get a 1995 Cutlass convertible in nice condition cheap but the motor has 240,000 miles. Has anyone swapped out a 3800 v6 supercharged for the 3.1?

I didn't notice the badges were in the wrong place. Thanks. I'll probably just leave them there as it would probably be too hard to move them without messing up the paint.

I just got another Oldsmobile. A 1994 CS convertible, loaded with 3.4 DOHC, leather, etc. No rust as it was a Florida car, but will need sorting out when the weather gets warmer and I can work on it....
