wheel backspace

I have original SS1 wheels on my 1970 442 with BFG 225-70-14 but will be changing to Cragar SS with BFG. Car has original front disk.

Any one know the backspace of the original wheels?

after months of balancing wheels, replacing tires, replacing driveshaft and wheel bearings, the bushing in the ST10 4 speed was the cause of my highspeed vibration.

I installed an electric idle stop (pick and pull)...

I installed an electric idle stop (pick and pull) on mine inline with the compressor. brings the idle back up with the AC on. Works great.

Any idea why my passenger door works the lights correctly but the drivers door only lights the dome? (2) white wires to the passenger door and (3) to the drivers (2) white (1) black.

Use the R-12, I found it on clist. I used an alternitive, it didn't cool and very high condenser temp. Had to flush the sys including the oil and refilled with R-12 now I have 38-42 vent temps.

Looks good for what it is. I don't think anyone would notice it...

When I got my car it was missing the passanger mirror. Have been looking at used and repro and hate the cost, SO I made one from Fiberglass with an allum. base. I don't recommend this by the way...
