Was just wondering what starter to use in my 455 build? Would like something small but more torque than stock. About the $200 range. RobMc maybe?

Thanks

Why do you need more torque than the stock starter that could turn over a 10.5:1 455 at 40° below?

My IMI mini starter turns over my 425 with 14:1 and timing locked @ 34*, with ease. Not sure on the cost, been a few years since I bought them. Any decent mini starter should do just fine.
