Airflow with EFI

There's a great article in RET mag of Nascars' venture into EFI. Lots of myths bebunked and a fantastic read.

Check it out if you get a chance.

Race Engine Technology Magazine.

Not sure if you'll be able to access it online quite yet. It's $90.00 per year for 8 issues so they don't just dump it out there. Very high brow, a nice change from the ad driven Car Craft, PHR and Hot Rod magazines.

RET does drivetrain analysis on Nascar, F1, F1 bikes, Formula 3000, NHRA, and others. Great publication.

I've gotten to a point where I'm so tired of every article in all the other magazines being a Comp cammed, MSD ignited, Holley carbureted SBC, SBF, LS and so on. The only general publication I still subscribe to is PHR, and only because of the Engine Masters Challenge.

If I find RET online I'll let you know.

What issue number would it be ? I think I found a site that has access to back issues .

Also , on the PHR thing , it is only good for the EMC coverage I agree .

It would be nice to get registered on ROP to discuss their repeated attempts at the EMC challenge . After seeing BTR the one year fall short it is painful to watch the other guys make the same mistakes . But some of those guys do place themselves on a high horse when it comes to engine building . Maybe they need a reality check and the EMC challenge does a good job of that .

Newest one, Feb 2013. Has a Nascar Ford V-8 on the front.

Just an fyi, I get an email link from a couple of their other publications with some of the articles in there. However they're condensed and don't have all the content the printed ones do. Makes sense, why else would you charge upwards of $100.00 a year for the subscription then post it on the net for free.
