I have some info. on some of the cars and drivers here: "Doc" Robinson is good friends with the "wrench" from the "Anderson Olds" cars--Frank Augustine. I spoke to Frank not long ago and we shared some stories and laughs and asked him to try to attend the York show this year--and of course bring Jack. The '70 "Lubik Olds" car is STILL owned my friend Ron McHugh from VA. Ron had the car restored to original condition (not race trim) and the car now is one of the premier '70 W-30 4-speed Conv. to be found anywhere. Jack Troxel is still playing with cars now and then, and has some AWESOME vintage Mopar Super Stockers. Ron McHugh's brother has a "72 Olds that highly resembles the Waibel/Ingersoll car--actually I think it might be an ex-Jack Troxel stocker--will try to get Ron on here for some current photos.

No my Dad did he bought it from Joe in 1975 then sold it back to him 1990 we narrowed the rear end in the early 80's ran it in super stock took top eliminator @75-80 dragway .I have the motor trans and rear in couple of my cars now! I have alot of pictures just don't know how to make as nice and big and clear as yours! You have a awesome collection of pictures enjoy looking !

I remember reading in a magazine around 1990 about Mondello saying he found his old twister 442 and was going to buy it back. I think he should have left it blue instead of painting it purple. Many of the pictures Ive obtained are on my facebook and I just open my facebook, right click on photo, copy, and come here and click paste. So far Ive just copy and pasted on this website since they are on my facebook or wildaboutcars.com at Gene Horn's W-Club.
