I am building a sbo 362 70 gas block with a 76mm turbo..I am installing j&s machine full main girdle..It'll have eagle hbeam rods, forged lightweight pistons forged 330 crank 300+cfm edelbrock heads...Turbo cam victor intake and fuel injection am I on right track? Motor has over 500hp naturally with mild cast heads gotta change everything going for 650-700+....

Sounds good to me, got some better parts than my engine. I've wondered how my engine might benefit from a victor intake but I want to stay under the stock hood. What's your comp. gonna be and are you planning to use an intercooler or meth injection?

Finding a DX be fun and it'll be intercooler probly go holley efi its my 82 cutlass that's been 7.29@95 thru 1/8 mild cast headed naturally aspirated streetcar...found a few issues cap and button was shot and front squirter messed up and no pinion angle all I've wanted is 7.0s or at least low 7s on motor before I go turbo...by the time I get block work done it be as much if not more than girdled gas block I'm running I'm guessing...

Then you'll need to make 450 or so on motor alone. Might want to rethink the 300cfm Edelbrocks, that'll get expensive and probably not necessary for your goals. If you have E85 available that's a nice alternative to running an inter cooler as well. However the Holley HP doesn't support multifuel, need the Dominator for that. Just a thought.

For 650-700hp I'd use a 5 main halo with better center caps. You don't need a full girdle in my opinion.
240cfm heads would be fine but I'd still opt for a set of aluminum something, Procomp or Edelbrock. My point was you don't need $1500 worth of porting to try to get 300cfm. A set with 260-280cfm would be more than adequate.
And if available I'd seriously consider E85. It's cooling capacity would all but eliminate the need for an intercooler, even at higher boost levels.

I have good eagle H beam rods but forged domes and forged 330 crank with my 58cc #6s and .040 cometic mls head gaskets I'm 12:50:1..I'd definitely need different pistons I'm going alum heads would older series edelbrocks be OK done up?
