72 Cutlass Supreme Body Side Molding

This is the 5/8 stainless with the black rubber insert. Just need the piece for the drivers side that goes behind the rear wheel.

Moulded

If Tom doesn't, which I am surprised he even needs to look....since his shop is so sickeningly better organized than mine will ever be.....cough cough, ahem JK!.....
I am sure I have one.

I got it, $20.00 plus shipping.
It has a couple of small dings in it. I couldn't quite get a picture of the dings but it's not perfect.
If you want to check with Paladin31 to see if he has better one before deciding I'll understand.
Thanks

Try this,
Take the trim yo have to the section of the car he needs it for and see if it fits.
You'll see your piece is short.

5/8 by 30 at the longest point...it has a diagonal cut on the end that butts up to the wheel well arch. The piece that you're showing goes on the front fender. Going towards the rear, next would be the door piece, then the piece on the front end of the quarter to the wheel well arch and then the last piece that runs from the back side of the wheel well arch almost to the bumper....which is what I'm missing. thanks for checking.

Molded

Tom- thanks good suggestion!

Scott- I will check tomorrow evening as I have a 72 more door in the yard that has the side moldings. And in the twilight it appears to be 5/8 x 30 ish, although I doubt a 2 & 4 would share that same trim. I sent pics of what I 'thought' was the real deal, but all the cars Ive had/stripped none came with that originally. Sorry

Thank you both for the info.

Brett

That's the deal! Other side though. Interesting that it's on a Cutlass...thought it was specific to the Supreme. Guess the body panels are roughly the same dimensions so it works on either. I'll look for the ds pics...thanks!
