anyone have some or even a set they would like to sell and have shipped so I would receive them by this saturday for sure. Naturally I'll pay for the expedited shipping.

As of July both companies were out of stock,I'll call in the morning to check,but who knows if they would be willing to ship in time for me,if their in stock....I need a sure thing! So I'm asking here now.

I needed a set this summer for a set of SSIs with rounded out holes. I got the Parts Place ones and they were way clunkier looking than the correct acorns. I ended up with a set from NAPA that were a much closer match, just a hair longer. They ordered them for me and I had them the next morning. Part number is shown on the packaging.

Top - parts place lug nut
Middle - NAPA lug nut
Bottom - original SSI acorn

Terry,thank very much for the pic and info,the part number makes ordering very easy.

I did get lucky and caught Old School Plating with just a couple sets of the lug seats in stock. Was able to arrange for 3 day shipping.

I think I'll also get a set of the Gorilla lug nuts and start using them in hopes of avoiding any other enlarged lug holes in my SSI's. That wider seat may be what is needed to avoid issues.

FYI that is just a bulge acorn nut. Pretty common and needed for must aluminum aftermarket wheels.
