WTB: 1980s B/C body front bumper

My dad has a new bumper skin but it doesn't have the rubber strip, I believe it's aftermarket.
I can ask him if he's interested in selling it if you are interested at all.
I am not sure what shipping would be but it's just the skin so it's not terribly heavy.
