Stock is cast iron.no factory aluminum manifolds until 1970.

Sorry, but I'm confused. What, exactly, are you looking for? A 1970-72 factory aluminum W-30 intake? An aftermarket aluminum intake? You do realize that any aftermarket 455 intake fits the 400, right? You can get used Performer intakes in the $125 range all day long. Is that what you're asking for?

Joe...bascially yes.

I am looking for an aftermarket Aluminum Intake for my 68 442 with a 400. I did not know that the 1970-72 W-30 had an Aluminum intake nor would it fit nor did I know that the manifolds are the same for a 400 and a 455.
