Had a small fire
It appears i had a small fire under my dash. I went out saw smoke residue on my dash pad, got inside which smells heavily of a fire. The dash is melted around the lighter which has never been used since restoration, which was finished a little over a year ago.
So it looks like i need a 67 plastic dash housing for the Tic Toc Tac dash. Does anyone have a good core?

Feel for ya Steve, that's a bummer, very common though, I disconnected my lighter after melting one yrs ago. Atleast you didn't loose the whole car, could have easily happened admin sure your aware.
