Wanted: '64 full-size wheel

Looking for a nice factory original wheel for the Starfire... I believe they're 6" wide with the 5" lug spacing. If I could find that somebody had lying around for decades that still had the plastic fillers in the spaces, that would be great!
Thanks...

You looking for the hub caps or the wheel rim? I got a set of hub caps from a 64 Jetstar 1. Not sure if they are the same as what was put on the Starfire. Dean

No hubcaps, Dean... just wheel or rim, whatever you call it. Thanks!

Would be interested in seeing a photo of what it is you are seeking. I say that as, for the life of me, I cannot picture any "plastic filler in the spaces" in the wheel/rim for a 1964 Oldsmobile.

Dave, '61 and your '62 Wheels are solid wheels. That is to say that the outer part of the Wheel where it's joined to the inner part, there are no openings, or as some call them "Vents" that sometimes have Plastic or Tin pieces pushed into the Vents to keep some of the road dirt away from the Lug Nuts. The Wheels Interchange and most commonly are the exact same dimensions.

Dave, I'd hate to see your life in jeopardy for lack of a wheel picture.
Sounds like the guys here pretty much clarified the whole thing. Here's a picture of a (filthy) one I have from a salvage yard. You can see that 3 of the 4 plastic "fillers" are in place. (You can also see that the tire was cut off at the bead -- what a PITA to get that off )

jcdynamic88, do you know whether the '64s & the '66s are the same dimensions? I won't be home for another week, so I can't immediately verify dimensions on mine. But if they're the same, I sure would entertain that idea.
