69 442 door ignition lock set
#3
Joe I just this morning got a reply from Fusick that stated that they have a lock set that has the "E" key. If your key doesn't fix my issue I will buy their set. I'm just trying to keep from having to go inside the steering column.
And Joe, Thanks so much for your help

FYI, it's actually quite easy to get the ignition lock cylinder out of the column. You do need to pull the steering wheel and the lock plate, but you don't need a key to get the cylinder out. Just depress the spring loaded tab on the lock cylinder and you can pull it out. I've done this many times without a key.

I do have both pullers needed to pull the steering wheel and the lock plate.
At least that is an advantage of having a son who is now a manager at a local GM dealership. He was a wrench there for many years when the dealer was a major Olds dealer in our area, he now stores a couple of his boxes in my garage.
