I have removed the heater from my 62 Starfire convertible and replaced it with a Genair II. I would have to test the diaphram first but I have the whole setup. Email me if you need it.

I also have 62 Dynamic 88 and I was looking for vacuum actuator with no luck I looked for four months I also tried the two vintage air companies with no luck and I did not won't to spend 300 for two actuator on line . So I made fixtures to take apart what I had and a friend had two vacuum actuators that would not work but were good. I took them apart took the diaphragms that were good cut the arm to match what I have and resized the actuator. I put the actuator in my dies and used a press to seal up . It worked no leakers everything works on my heater I also rebuilt the push buttons and vacuum selectors . May be I can help if you can't find any
